Where are meetings held?
At your home, our offices in Marlow, Buckinghamshire or a mutually convenient venue of your choice.
Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?
No. The initial meeting is free of charge. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to discover our philosophy and exactly how we work.
What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?
Just an open mind.
How long should I allow for an initial meeting?
We would normally expect an initial meeting to last between an hour and a half to two hours.
Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?
No. The initial meeting is undertaken on the clear understanding that there is no obligation on your part to take matters further. We will clearly explain our processes to you at that meeting and you are free to take as long as you want thereafter to decide whether you wish to work with us or not.
How can I book an initial meeting?
You can book a meeting by simply phoning, emailing us or completing the enquiry form below.
Are you independent?
Yes. This is one of our core philosophies. We believe it is very important to have access to the whole market so that we may recommend the solution we believe is most suitable for your circumstances.
Are you regulated?
Yes. Aspirational Financial Planning Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can find Aspirational Financial Planning Limited on the FCA Register by clicking here.
What do you charge for a financial plan?
Full details of our charges can be found on the ‘How we charge’ page.
Do you take a percentage or are your fees fixed?
All our fees are fixed. Full details can be found on the ‘How we charge’ page.
Do you get commission?
The cost of our services is covered in full by our fees. We do not, therefore, take any commission from product or service providers. If we are ever offered commission, we will arrange for this to be rebated to secure improved terms on your behalf.
Do you charge VAT?
No. Most of the work we undertake is VAT exempt. The small element that is liable to VAT is below the threshold where we would need to register for, charge and pay VAT.
